Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of JACCORA (the “Service”), operated by ZHASIK (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in the Republic of Kazakhstan. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

JACCORA is a streaming platform for short-form vertical dramas. Some episodes are available free of charge; others require an active premium subscription. We may add, remove, or change dramas, episodes, and features at any time without prior notice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately at dimaszhan0107@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Free and Premium Access

A limited number of episodes of each drama are available on the free tier. Unlocking the remainder of a drama's episodes requires an active premium subscription. We may change which episodes are free at any time.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Premium subscriptions are currently paid for manually via Kaspi Pay transfer. To subscribe, you submit a payment request with a transaction reference number, which our team reviews and approves against the actual transfer received. Your premium access is activated only once a request is approved — we do not automatically charge, store, or process your card or bank details, and subscriptions do not auto-renew.

Prices for each plan are shown on the subscription page at the time of purchase. If you believe a payment was approved in error, or a transfer was not credited, contact us at dimaszhan0107@gmail.com with your transaction reference number.

5. Refunds

Because subscriptions are activated manually after a transfer is confirmed, refund requests are handled case by case. Contact us at dimaszhan0107@gmail.com and we will review your request.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All dramas, episodes, artwork, and branding made available through the Service are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and belong to their respective owners or licensors. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to stream content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, redistribute, publicly perform, or otherwise reproduce content from the Service except as the Service itself allows.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account or premium access with people outside your household;
• Attempt to circumvent free/premium episode locking or payment verification;
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or redistribute content;
• Upload or submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation or security.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including fraudulent payment claims or abuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting dimaszhan0107@gmail.com.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZHASIKis not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
